My gorgeous Eggplant Provencal.


My deep curiosity for European cuisine has been ignited this Summer and it's really such an exciting journey! In particular, Provencal, Italian & Venetian recipes.



The immense joy I feel in this kind of 'research' is hard to put into words. In starting French Spaghetti, I want to introduce my family, friends and clients to something completely fresh, new. A seduction of the palate and of the senses.



Food and atmosphere that has a casual, European flair.



This is my very first Provencal dish, with a nod of appreciation to the lovely Guiseppina Mabila, who has become my muse for the moment.
